These small breasts are widely spaced, have a 'tubular' shape, and are narrow at the chest wall. There is little glandular tissue, so unfortunately women with these kind of hypoplastic tubular breasts often have milk supply problems. However, with the right tools, about many of them can develop a full supply of breast milk - so be prepared if you happen to own these kind!
